Yes. Merino wool is naturally moisture-wicking, quick-drying, and odor-resistant, which makes it a strong performance fiber for swimwear, not just cold-weather layers. It also resists holding onto chlorine and salt water smell better than most synthetics.
Tencel is a brand name for lyocell, a fiber made from wood pulp (often eucalyptus) through a closed-loop process that recycles the water and solvents used in production. It's biodegradable and known for being soft, breathable, and lower-impact than conventional cotton or polyester.
When blended with cotton, as ours are, bamboo fabric holds up well to regular wear and is easy to care for. Like most natural-fiber swimwear, it's best rinsed after saltwater exposure to extend its life.
