MEET OUR TRAINER, AMY MOSS-ARCHAMBAULT!
Amy is an athlete, mom of 3, trainer, and entrepreneur. Her life is busy - chaotic really, she understands time is precious. Using her extensive knowledge as a trainer and experience training as a world class triathlete representing Canada with 3 young kids at home, Amy created Get TriFIT.
TriFIT pursues a better, healthier self (physically, emotionally and mentally) through the TriFIT20 Method to make fitness a lasting habit through 20 minute workouts. Amy’s honesty and ability to find joy every day is addictive, connecting you to more than a workout so you thrive amid the chaos.
Amy teaches mindset shifts to tap into women's true potential; turning "I want to" into "I can, I will, I am." All with small daily actions. Start by showing up every day, especially the hard days, for 20 minutes. Amy believes no dream is too big, but you must start.
